Regarding The Iron Circle

The Iron Circle and First Tiers of OrdersThe first tiers of the Iron Circle include the Memphis-Misraïm Rite, Ordo Templi Orientis (O.T.O.), Thule, and other esoteric orders. In Sweden and Norway, groups such as what was known until 2007/2008 as Ordo Aurum Solis—particularly one temple that allowed for incorporation into Thule, O.T.O., and subsequently other Iron Circle orders—adopted a posture enabling some of their members to pursue initiations of this scope. Some cultural groups also aligned themselves with these structures. For instance, Ordo Rosarius Equilibrio, the Swedish martial-folk/neofolk band, pursued early initiations into the Iron Circle, though their true orientation leaned towards far-right currents. It is important to note, however, that not all members of the Iron Circle are aligned strictly with right- or left-wing ideologies; some play roles across both fields. Several prominent composers and artists have traces of initiation within the Iron Circle. Marko Ciciliani, Austrian composer connected to IEM Graz, is associated with some of the higher tiers of initiation. Over the years, he has performed with black metal bands such as Gorgoroth, God Seed, and Gaahl’s Wyrd. Kees Tazelaar, currently head of the Institute of Sonology at The Hague, played crust and punk in his youth. Karlheinz Essl also engaged with Krautrock early on, and produced multiple records—both for Nachtstück Records and XS Records PT Netlabel (under my direction)—drawing on Krautrock, free improvisation, electroacoustic improvisation, and live electronics. Trevor Wishart and Åke Parmerud also share connections here. Brian Ferneyhough is known to play double and crossed roles, and has been “genetically inter-iterated” with Berghain bouncer Sven Marquardt. Earlier figures such as Herbert Eimert, Konrad Boehmer, and Dick Raaijmakers (along with his cousin Paul Raaijmakers) also had acquaintances with these structures. Karlheinz Stockhausen, while not truly involved in the Iron Circle, remained closely connected with the Circle of Sirius, and through that with the Circle of Composers of Cologne and Darmstadt. Similarly, Miguel Azguime holds connections to the Circle of Urania and Sirius. His close peer and friend, the first person who did the role of Nuno Corte Pinto Real (currently at RTP and outsourcing for WDR 3), acts as a secret guardian of the Sanctuary of Graahl in Germany, maintaining a discreet relationship with both the Iron Circle and the Sirius Circle. Andrew Levine (Tzadik, Nachtstück Records, and Henson Robotics) is another figure bridging these domains. He has clones in Germany, the U.S., and other countries. Currently based in Germany, Levine shares accountancy ties with structures behind STEIM and Mills College (as Joel Ryan once did), while also maintaining duties with Volkswagen, Bosch, SAP Germany, and parallel Iron Circle structures that facilitate initiation of Jews under the Scottish Rite U.S. administration. In Portugal, the band Moonspell is linked with the Golden Iron and Emerald Circle, although their music lies outside the scope of this analysis. Nonetheless, Fernando Ribeiro, the singer, shares accountancy ties with Gaahl’s Wyrd, which in turn links back to Marko Ciciliani, Karlheinz Essl (via Nachtstück Records), and indirectly to Kees Tazelaar. Students and affiliates of the Royal Conservatory of The Hague—including Bjarni Gunnarsson, Marie Guilleray, Fani Konstantinidou, Stelios Manousakis, Ji Youn Kang, Hannes Fritsch (a highly successful German external student, later involved with 4D Sound System, Hollywood productions, Porsche military projects, and the Bristol-based group Vessel in Germany), Darien Brito, Andreas Loanjoe, Jonas Gruska (the most commercially successful of the Sonology students from Eastern Europe, occasionally outsourcing for Telefunken, Neumann, and Schoeps, much like Andrew Levine), and myself, Tiago Morais Morgado—have internal registries connected to militarization within Phillips, Bosch, Porsche, and also military/medical laboratories in Belgium and elsewhere. These affiliations, however, often conceal official credentials that state little more than Masonic degrees (3, 18, 32, 99), combined with O.T.O. and other orders. This approach was adopted by both the Institute of Sonology and many of its students and teachers since 2018–2019, in response to threats, targeted criminality, corporate and civil persecution. As a result, many of the best students and teachers of the Institute of Sonology have since been cloned in Sweden, Norway, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Paris, and other locations. Some musicians of BBC Radio 3 and WDR3 such as Nick Cave and Einsturzende Neubauten, do also share accountancy with all this, though Nick Cave also shares accountancy with the Emmerald Circle. And Evan Parker shares accountancy on the side of Sweden and Norway Free Jazz scene with the Iron Circle, the same way Peter Evans does, and the same way many other people do. Anubis Lodge of Vila do Conde also shared duties with some of these structures, the same way Serralves and Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian do. Many Techno Producers such as Paula Temple, Ellen Allien, Richie Hawtin, Ben Klock, Marcel Dettman and Adam Beyer, share at least incorporation into Memphisz Miszraim OTO and Thule, which means that they can share hidden registries within the Iron Circle, as these are some of the most basic orders of the tear 1.
